Michael and Jonah Gomez lead the Church Planting Mission
December 12-19, 2009 when a group of Filipino missionaries composed of the interns, evangelists of Centrepoint Church of Christ with Michael F. Gomez, his wife Jona and 2 siblings went to Natonin Mountain Province for the purpose of 
reaching out his relatives and friends through the Gospel and at the same to plant the Church there.
God is good! after a week of planting the see in the hear of people in Natonin, there were 3 precious souls who believed anf obeyed the Lord!
To God be the glory!
A FRUIT BEARS FRUITS!
After 6 Bible lessons that my evangelism team and I (3 missionary trainees: Leo Villaluz, Jeirlee Coloma, Weng Lagua with the CCofC worship leader; Bemz Banggawan) had preached to the Gomez and Chavez family since November-December 2007…Praise God! Jun And Daisy Chavez (couple) and Abigael Gomez (Sister of Daisy) were finally baptized and added by the Lord in His Church last January 5, 2008 at Bauang Beach, La Union after believing and obeying what the Lord has said in John 3:3-5 that people hey must be born again if they wanted to enter in His kingdom.
Yes, they are the first fruits of Michael Gomez, who was also baptized with them on that day after a long Bible Study with me through internet) – A fruit that bears fruits!
Michael Gomez has been a long time believer of Community Baptist Church until he went to Barhain for a work. It came a time that he started questioning the validity of his salvation, his faith and spiritual condition because he was taught that once he believes only he is already saved from his
sins and from eternal condemnation.
Yes, they are the first fruits of Michael Gomez, who was also baptized with them on that day after a long Bible Study with me through internet) – A fruit that bears fruits!
Michael Gomez has been a long time believer of Community Baptist Church until he went to Barhain for a work. It came a time that he started questioning the validity of his salvation, his faith and spiritual condition because he was taught that once he believes only he is already saved from his
sins and from eternal condemnation.
Due to his curiosity, he began searching for truth through internet He took 3 months in reading articles provided by the Churches of Christ until he even debates with his “pastor”particularly on the value of baptism.
Because he has filled with scriptures to prove the essentiality of water baptism, his “pastor finally
conceded and unconvincely baptized him in a bathtub in Barhain. But it was not the end of Michael’s searching for truth until he saw the church site of Centrepoint Church of Christ in Baguio City with excitement and eagerness. He then contacted his family in Baguio City to find the Centrepoint Church in Baguio and worship with us. Finally, his brother Lorence Gomez was able to Locate us and it was the beginning of everything. My team and I have set a once a week Bible study with his parents and siblings until, some of the members of the family, have decided to be baptized with him when he
arrives.
God is truly working in a very mysterious way and Michael Gomez is just one of the fruits of God’s
leading! To God be the Golory!

3 SOULS ARE ADDED AGAIN TO THE CHURCH
“Praising God, and having favour with all the people.And the Lord added to the Church daily such as should be saved” (KJV Acts 2:47)
Yes, the Lord added another 3 precious souls to the Church after the baptism of Michael Gomez and his two siblings and brother-in-law Jun Chavez last January 5, 2008. Let’s us rejoice with Ray Gomez, Lorence Gomez (Brothers of Michael) and Chris Chavez (Brother of Jun Chavez) for their faithful and hearfelt decision to be baptized last January 19, 2008 at Rimando Church of Christ baptistry ariound 10:00 o’clock in the morning. Let us also commend the effort of our new full time evangelist brother Emilio Panday (Father of Erwin Panday) and his team for the job well done in making the follow up and teaching the truth in the Bible. We are grateful to the Holy Spirit for helping us bring 7 souls this January who are being saved through the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are glad to tell you that they have been very sincere and active in their faith, service and worship to God with the Centrepoint Church of Christ. Let us continually pray for them to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Yes! God is worthy of praise and honor because of our partnership in the Lord’s mission.
